Hey! I'm Lauren

I have spent thousands of hours leading yoga classes, workshops, and trainings since completing my 200 hour YTT in 2012. After a break from teaching, my love for the practice was reignited on a transformative yoga retreat in 2023. I left my 9-5, started teaching more, and began coaching other yoga instructors, helping them unlock their innate talent and level up their skills so they could truly shine in every single class. 

 

Since my very first class, my mission has been to deliver the best yoga experience possible to my community. This mindset has evolved into a passion for helping other yoga instructors to become high-level, sought after teachers.

Our communities need and deserve access to incredible yoga instructors, but many of us allow fear, insecurity, or overthinking to get in the way of delivering a consistently dope class. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone! I've been there, too - but you don't have to stay there.
