It's time to step away from your busy life and retreat to the lush jungle of Nosara, where the palm trees meet the ocean, and sink into a week of slow living, sunshine, and yoga. This low-key + high-vibe experience will allow you to unwind, recharge, and embrace the magic of pura vida.
This retreat is all about taking time for yourself. Daily yoga, nourishing meals prepared by an on-site chef, and a saltwater pool are just a few of the simple luxuries you'll enjoy at our private retreat sanctuary.
This isn't a vacation - this is a reset.
In order to create an intimate experience, this retreat is for women only and is limited to 14 guests.

*Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately a 2.5- hour drive from Nosara, and San Jose is approximately a 5-hour drive from Nosara. If traveling with the group, your shuttle to/from Liberia will be included. If you take a different flight, booking a shared shuttle to and from the airport is a simple process that I am happy to help you with. The cost for a shared shuttle is approximately $45 each way.
**Flight details from BOS > LIB and LIB > BOS will be shared as soon as they are booked, so you can join the same flight as other retreat attendees. If you are on the same flight, or on flights that arrive/depart around the same time, your shuttle to/from Nosara is included in the cost of the retreat. If you choose to travel to/from Nosara on a different day, or if your flight arrival/departure does not align with the group, you will need to schedule your own shuttle (see above).
***All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but life happens! Travel Insurance with "cancel for any reason" protection is highly recommended and can be procured from various insurance providers.

Where is this retreat being held?
PURA VIDA VIBES will be hosted at a private retreat center in Nosara, Costa Rica. This beautifully designed wellness sanctuary tucked in the lush jungle just minutes from stunning beaches, incredible surf, fabulous restaurants and Nosara’s high-vibe wellness scene. Once registered, participants receive more details on exact location.
Do I need to be an experienced yogi to join?
Nope! This retreat is open to all levels. Yoga is so much more than the physical practice, though we will be practicing a wide variety of yoga while on this retreat - from invigorating morning vinyasa to chill afternoon restorative. All yoga classes and workshops are totally optional - do what feels good to you and your body.
What is a typical day like on retreat?
A typical day on retreat in Nosara is as chill or as vibrant as you want it to be! I like to start my day early watching the sunrise at the beach, cacao in hand. Then, morning yoga followed by some time to chill and explore. Mid-day I grab lunch on-site or at a local juice bar. In the afternoon, a yoga workshop or group session brings us all back together before we eat dinner prepared by our private chef!
How do I get from the airport to Nosara?
There are many safe and reliable transportation companies that offer shared and private shuttles to and from the Nosara area. I recommend Terratour! For adventurous spirits, there is also a small plane flight from Liberia to Nosara.
Is Nosara safe for travelers?
Yes! Nosara is known for being a safe, welcoming, and laid-back destination. It’s a small, wellness-focused town with a strong sense of community, attracting yogis, surfers, and travelers from around the world. That said, like anywhere, it’s always good to stay aware of your surroundings and take standard precautions. There is security in place at our retreat center, and all rooms are equipped with a safe.
